Daana is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical practice in
musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
She holds a PhD and MSc in physiotherapy and completed a prestigious postdoctoral fellowship in Sports Medicine at the University of Alberta.
Daana has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Alberta and an Assistant
Professor at AJUMS, where she instructed Master’s and PhD physiotherapy students.
Daana became a clinician out of a deep passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and supported in their healing journey. She believes that pairing evidence-based care with authentic human connection is one of the most powerful ways to promote recovery and improve quality of life.
